We got gold!
Good Life is now carrying a gold body jewelry! We have options for most piercings, and you can even wear most styles in fresh piercings. Keep an eye on Jeremiah, Heather, and Aaron’s instagrams for pictures they post of piercings they’ve done in gold. In the meantime… check some of it out!
Stop in any time and any of the piercers would be happy to show you all of the options – or even set up a custom order for you!
We’ve been making a few changes around the shop over the course of the winter…
New lights, new paintings, and a new mural are making it feel nice and fresh in here, and we’re ready to keep the hustle moving into spring!

We re-finished an entire wall of the shop with original hand-painted flash sheets from our own tattooers (and a few friends)! In total there are 75 sheets of flash up and we’re planning on adding more and changing them out soon!

SEPTEMBER 29TH 2012 ~ NOON
We are happy to welcome our newest tattooer to Good Life! Ben MacTaggart just re-located to Akron, after working at our sister-shop Ink Assassins in Erie, PA. We couldn’t be happier to have him!
Our friend John Rippey will be leaving Good Life as of September 22nd. He will be returning to his hometown of Frederick Maryland to work at Classic Electric Tattoo.
“Thank you so much to all of the friends and clients I have made while living in Akron. As a result of your loyalty and support, I was able to successfully pursue and progress my tattooing. It has been a pleasure to work with you all, therefore it saddens me to move on.”
For any clients with unfinished projects, please contact the shop, or John, as soon as possible so schedules can be best accommodated. This offer does not exclude anyone desiring a new smaller project. We look forward to seeing any and all of you soon. For anyone who is unable to make the cut-off date do not worry. John will be returning for guest spots. Stay tuned at www.johnrippey.com for updates.
